The Silver Hawks Booster Club is a parent-run, volunteer non-profit organization dedicated to enriching the lives of students at Lincoln Southwest High School. Through school activities, athletics, the performing arts and clubs the  students learn discipline, sportsmanship, teamwork, commitment, and respect - all of which can be integrated into everyday life and helps in their physical and emotional development.

The Booster Club is dedicated to supporting and promoting student interest and service clubs, art and music organizations, athletic teams and other extracurricular activities at Southwest High School through volunteerism and financial support.

Our booster club is unique as it has an overall coordinating board with two committees: Athletics & Activities and Performing Arts. Each of these committees have a board of five members who also sit on the coordinating board. Each committee has an overall parent representative from each sport or performing arts group that acts as a liaison between the board, the coach and/or director and the parents.

Funding to support our amazing students and staff at Lincoln Southwest is obtained through membership, the booster store, fundraising opportunities and sponsorship opportunities.  Please consider joining the Booster Club and volunteering with our group of dedicated parents to help us achieve our goals to make the LSW programs and our community a huge success!

OUR PURPOSE

In an effort to ensure that each participating student has the necessary resources and assistance to perform at his or her greatest potential in his or her respective activity, sport or performing arts group, the purposes for which the Silver Hawks Booster Club is organized are:

To stimulate and sustain interest among both parents and students in the activities, athletics and performing arts groups organized, operated and supervised by Lincoln Southwest High School.

To support and assist the various activities, athletics and performing arts groups organized, operated and supervised by Lincoln Southwest High School

​

To provide financial assistance for the various activities, athletics and performing arts groups organized, operated and supervised by Lincoln Southwest High School

​

To promote community interest and involvement in the various activities, athletics and performing arts groups organized, operated and supervised by Lincoln Southwest High School

​

To ensure all proceeds from Booster Club activities are used for the benefit of supporting school activities and/or the school itself

​

To distribute proceeds (amount to be determined) to qualified school activities organizations on an equitable basis

​

To maintain records and accountability of amount of proceeds distributed to qualified school activities organizations and for the school itself
